Our products are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty for any faulty products due to a manufacturing defect. This does not include everyday wear and tear.
We offer a 30 day policy to our customer, counting from the day the package is delivered to you. Returns that are shipped after the 30 days policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch location.
The cost of return that are customer change of mind, will be covered by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. All returns, must be in the original package and in resaleable condition with all tags.
All returns should be shipped back by Australia Post.
