Made in Germany the STIEBEL ELTRON SNU 5 under sink open vented water heaters deliver hot water quickly to a single sink. These point of use water heaters eliminate long runs of pipework for isolated sinks and reduce the waiting time for hot water to arrive at the outlet. They are conveniently installed directly underneath the sink and must be fitted with specialised open vented tapware.
High quality design PLEASE NOTE: THE SNU WATER HEATER IS OPEN VENTED AND MUST BE INSTALLED WITH A STIEBEL ELTRON OPEN VENTED TAP (MES, MEW, OR MESG TAP). TEMPERING VALVES, WATER FILTERS ON THE TAP OR NON APPROVED AERATORS CANNOT BE FITTED TO THIS HOT WATER SYSTEM.

Warranty Policy
All products at are brand new and come with a minimum of 12 months Manufacturer's Warranty (unless otherwise specified). You must retain a copy of your tax invoice and contact the Manufacturer directly if you require warranty service and repairs.
Returns Policy
We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect the goods when delivery takes place. If upon delivery you notice an item is damaged, not as described, or faulty, you are required to reject delivery by the driver to which you will need to contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours to arrange re-delivery.
As the customer, you have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to connect, install or have used. This policy does not apply to any Items bought on sale. No returns, refunds, or replacements will be available in such an event.
