Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

I confess I was sceptical about this purchase as the exact same set is available at the big department stores for up to three times the cost. I assumed there would be something wrong with this set -- not the exact same pans or some other catch. It turned out they are identical to the set sold in the department stores. I am using them on an induction top stove and they work perfectly. The finish is a great non-stick finish and the four sizes cover all needs from fried eggs in the smallest to two extra large rump steaks in the largest. The aluminium is quick thick so they have a really solid feel to them and the heat is dispersed evenly across the base of the pan with all parts of the (meat in this case) cooking at the same rate. I stack them in a drawer when they're not being used and while the surface appears quite tough, they are great pans and I want them to last so I bought a set of separaters which I'm using when I stack them so there is no metal on metal.
