Twenty-two years ago, Sam (series star Jared Padalecki) and Dean (series star Jensen Ackles) Winchester lost their mother to a mysterious and demonic supernatural force. As a result, their father, John (recurring guest star Jeffrey Dean Morgan - "Grey's Anatomy"), raised the brothers to be soldiers. He taught them about the paranormal evil that lives in the dark corners and on the back roads of America...and he taught them how to kill it. Sam, however, wanted nothing to do with this violent and dangerous life, and he left it behind, until the day Dean appeared on his doorstep with troubling news. Their father had gone missing on a "hunting trip." Sam and Dean have spent the last year cruising the highways of the United States in their 1967 Chevy Impala, searching for their lost father and encountering creatures that most people believe exist only in folklore, superstition and nightmares. Along the way, they have battled the various supernatural threats--and each other as well, for their sibling rivalries and conflicts were never far from the surface. Finally, they found their father, just as he was closing in on the Demon who claimed their mother.

Goods have a major fault which could not be identified at the time of sale.
Goods have been damaged during transit.

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know. Please Note:

Postage is paid by the customer
The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
A 15% restocking fee will charged for a change of mind return.

Return Period

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

Defective, damaged during transit or incorrect Item received

If an item is returned within the warranty period that is mechanically defective, is not the item you ordered or was damaged during transit, a replacement or refunded will be provided.

Restocking Fee

If an item is returned within 30 days due to a sudden change of mind, or simply by finding a cheaper price elsewhere, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
