    After I had ordered this product, I was contacted by the seller to say they had sold out of this item but asked if I would be prepared to accept the same pillow but with a cotton cover (rather than bamboo), and I agreed. Thereafter delivery was prompt, and the item was everything I hoped it would be. To sum up : A good on-line experience.
