Tibetan rugs are made of New Zealand Merino Wool plus Silk blend. The high lanolin of the wool gives rugs the added sheen which makes them so alluring. Also the high lanolin makes them extra easy to clean. These Tibetan pieces are not made in mass quantity and have all the luxury and elegance of a true masterpiece.

We appreciate your purchase and your satisfaction is our service criteria. If you are not satisfied with your selection for any reason, you may return your purchased item in its original packaging and condition within 30 days from the time of receipt. Arranging delivery and all of its associated cost on returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving the items in their original condition we will issue a refund minus our original shipping cost associated with sending the item(s) to you. (These fees can be advised prior to purchase by simply contacting us with all relevant information).
For returns, contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You must obtain a RAN number within 30 days of receiving your purchased item to ensure that you are eligible for a refund. Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RAN number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
