Tibetan rugs were not introduced to the outside world until the 1970s and are now famous for their designs and colours. Its vigor, natural harmony and visual aesthetics are unlike any other area rug in the world employing traditional and modern elements. Tibetan rugs are made of New Zealand Merino Wool plus Silk blend. The high lanolin of the wool gives rugs the added sheen which makes them so alluring. Also the high lanolin makes them extra easy to clean. These Tibetan pieces are not made in mass quantity and have all the luxury and elegance of a true masterpiece.

      Dispatch timeframe is normally within 2 working days. In most cases deliveries occur within a week but allow 7 - 10 business days as transit times and courier workload may vary depending on your location.

      We do not give authority to leave on your behalf, you can make arrangements directly with the transport company once we give you the tracking details. You are liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of you giving the transport company authority to leave.

      For returns, contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You must obtain a RAN number within 30 days of receiving your purchased item to ensure that you are eligible for a refund. Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RAN number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
