Hi I bought the Tosca bag in April 2024, took to Europe on my holidays, the wheel got broken and it came out. I had to buy another bag in switzerland for the value of $220.00 AUD.I had to throw the bag away. The bag was still under warranty, please advise for refund. Very well made and so light and easy to move around the place. Better quality than anticipated. Shame that there was only BLACK to 'choose' from, but that's a minor issue. If you are looking for a medium sized suitcase that is sturdy, this is the one.

I have never been more impressed with a suitcase. The quality, size and lightweight of these cases are impressive, and I can already tell they will stand the test of time.
