Suggested Use:

Age 1-3 : Mix 4g (approx. 1 sachet or 1 scoop) in 200 mL of milk. Up to twice daily.

Age 4+ : Mix 4g (approx. 1 sachet or 1 scoop) in 200 mL of milk. Up to three times daily.

Add to 200ml of milk, stir well with a stirring rod, and consume immediately after mixing.

Prebiotics and probiotics may cause mild digestive symptoms like gas or bloating when first introduced. These side effects are typically temporary as the body adjusts to the new bacteria.
