Tip:
A new battery will only be partially charged and will require a full charge prior to use.
To refit the bin locate the tab on the front of the cyclone with the recess in the bin inlet. Close the bin base ensuing it clicks shut.

Battery Maintenance:
Always remove battery from your vacuum when you are assembling parts making adjustments cleaning or when not being used for an extended time.
If you don't plan on using the battery for a month or more store it in a clean dry cool place away from heat and metal objects. During storage remember to recharge the batteries before use.

Reshipping an item / Item not picked up

If a product is deemed undeliverable due to you providing an incorrect address, not picking the item up or not being at your residence the reshipping fee will be charged. If not paid

Change of Mind Returns

An image of the shipping label and evidence of the issue must be submitted.

1. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories and be in new condition suitable for resale.
2. You must have returned the product within 7 days of taking delivery of your product.
3. The product cannot have been used, as this makes the product a second-hand item.
4. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
5. The product must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
6. Your item must be returned to the originating warehouse, of which we will provide the address.
7. The original sealed packages or boxes were sealed and undamaged.

Refunds are not given until the product is returned and inspected.
The buyer pays for the return postage if the return is due to a change of mind.
