    2. Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.

    The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

    • Remain unused.

    • Be unassembled.

    • Be devoid of any damage.

    • Include all original packaging.

    • Have undamaged packaging.

    • Contain all unopened tools and hardware.

    • Include assembly instructions.

    To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

    2. Organize the return shipment to the sender.

    3. Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.

    4. If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.

    5. If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

    Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

    For damaged items in transit:

    While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

    • Top paneled connected edges have a beveled edge to them, creating a gap between each joining panel. The edges were chipped. However the underneath side of the table was cut perfectly with no chips nor gaps. Makes me thing they put the bottom of the table up and got it wrong. Put a request in for further clarification. Not sure I want to keep it now especially when the underneath looks better than the top. Also didnt state the 140cm length came in panels. Probably wouldnt have purchased it.
