How to Use
Dissolve one tablet in 200mL of water. Do not exceed more than two tablets per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Maintain at least a three-hour interval between doses.

Active ingredients: Caffeine 40mg, Paullinia cupana (Guarana) seed extract dry conc. 273mg (equiv. Paullinia cupana dry 956mg, equiv. caffeine 60mg), Thiamine (Vitamin B1) as thiamine hydrochloride 10mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 10mg. Total caffeine per tablet: 100mg. Also contains phenylalanine and glucose.

Each tablet contains 100mg of caffeine (approximately the same as a cup of instant coffee). Avoid excessive caffeine intake from other sources such as tea and coffee while using this product.
