What If I Can't Pair Or Hear The Sound
1. Turn Off All Microphones And Receivers
2. Turn On All Microphones And Remove The Back Cover. Press The Channel Button At The Same Time To The Number Flashes.
3. Turn On The Receiver (Blue Light Flashes), When The Microphone Channel Number And The Receiver Blue Light Stop Flashing, The Connection Is Successful.

Reshipping an item / Item not picked up
If a product is deemed undeliverable due to you providing an incorrect address, not picking the item up or not being at your residence the reshipping fee will be charged. If not paid
