We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day part/replacement warranty.
Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in their original factory condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by Yescom and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, restocking fee ($19 per order), insurance and returning the item in "new" condition. Used items will not be accepted for return. We will replace the returning item with an identical item or a full refund.

Very happy with this jewellery box for my grand daughter forXmas. Well made and solid, plenty of little compartments for bits and pieces. Well packaged and quick delivery.

The Armoire arrived very promptly, is excellent quality and we will be very proud to present (them) to our grand children. The only problem we experienced was the sellers' posting department sent us only one Armoire when we had ordered and paid for two. Another item arrived with our first Armoire and we experienced undue distress trying to get our problem resolved. (due to a careless moment in the sellers' warehouse and posting dept). We were eventually satisfied by way of a second Armoire arriving in the post. No comment has been made about the incorrect item we received in error which is a product not marketed by My Deal.
