The laptop with AMD graphics card+DP1.4 protocol support extend up to 4 monitors, with intel graphics only extend up to 3 monitors.

When more external devices are connected through this hub, it is recommended to connect with power supply through the USB-C PD port.
For MacBook users, settings are required to use LAN ethernet port. Go to: “System Preferences – Network, click on “+” icon and select usb 10 / 100 / 1000 LAN to create an application
If the HDMI isn’t stable when extending on monitor, ensure to firmly plug the HDMI cable and assure that the hub is powered through the USB-C port
This USB-C hub docking station much be directly plugged to the USB-C port of your laptop. It may not work if plugged to a convert or other port adapters.
Some laptop interfaces have an over-discharge protection protocol. Please keep the PD power supply connected with docking station while using for a long time.

Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery, as a signature is required for most items.
We ship out orders from our Alexandria, NSW warehouse within 2 days of your order, and most items are delivered within 2 - 4 business days for East Cost of Australia and 2-10 business days for rest of the region.
We are open and order will be dispatched through the holidays expect public holidays.

Warranty Policy

The warranty covers all manufacturer faults, excluding any misuse of the product (Physical or liquid damage etc). Usually this period is 12 - 24 months depending on the item. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims. We can do this claim for you too, however may take a little longer.

Returns Policy

1 . If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery, less any restocking fee, if any.

2. If you cancel after we have dispatched the Goods(with 14 days of Receiving the item) , we will refund the price of the goods ONLY, less any restocking fee, if any. The goods must be returned in the SAME condition you received them in.

Even if you opened an item to check IF IT FITS your phone/ device, it is considered NOT in the same condition you received it in.

3. The option to cancel your order is not available if the Goods are:

Ordered in specifically for you
Ordered or altered to your specification
Opened unwrapped or otherwise sealed electronic media such as software or DVD
Seal cut or broken
