Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy
We have strict quality control but sometimes goods arrive to you that are not working as intended. We back everything we sell with a minimum one-year warranty (from sale date) that covers:
defects in manufacturing, and
not being fit for purpose.
And will be voided for things such as:
normal wear and tear
damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, carelessness, natural disasters, kids, pets and so on
commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person
When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:
repaired,
replaced, or
refunded

Love it. It would have been nicer if wood was varnished or sealed, but is a great size, well made and the open section is good for FCO or taller roll on bottles. Recommend this item.

The box is lightweight yet sturdy with substantial hinges and an interesting, workable catch.I especially appreciate the dividers keeping the bottles safe and upright. The box is left unsealed which gives the buyer their preferred option for finish and the box is able to absorb oil fragrances. Purchased because of price reduction, would not have considered value for money at original price.

Beautifully box. Smells like freshly sawed pine....glorious. Very pleased with my purchase. One negative.....the inserts don’t fit properly.....too loose. Hopefully, when I put my oils in the box, they will hold these inserts in place.

This is the best oil boxes i have brought with a reasonable price . Most oil boxes are over priced . i got 2 , and my sister loved hers. I will be ordering more for my nieces. Thankyou so much jenny.

Beautifully presented storage box for essential oils The dividers allow for oils to packed with support and the lid locks making it easy to transport. The oils are able to be presented very neatly. The quality of the boxes is also great.
