The headphone drivers deliver a balanced sound for music with clear highs and powerful lows. Thanks to the support of Bluetooth version 5.1 technology, which ensures stable signal transmission, music will be heard clearly and continuously.

Design

The headphones are made in a minimalist design and have an ergonomic shape that takes into account the anatomical structure of the ear. The earbuds fit securely in the ear and do not press or rub the auricle.

Controls

The headphones turn on automatically as soon as they are received in the box. Once they are synchronized with the gadget, all subsequent connections will be made automatically. To turn off the accessory, put the headphones back in the box. Each earbud has a touch button for other functions. By touching it once, you can pause a currently playing track or answer a call. To drop an incoming call on your smartphone, you need to hold your finger on it longer.

Storage box and battery

The rechargeable battery built into the right and left earbuds has a capacity of 3.5 hours of continuous operation. The remaining charge level is shown on the mobile phone display (IOS devices only). To recharge, the headphones are placed in a special box. Thanks to the magnetic contacts, they are securely fixed in it and do not dangle while moving. The headphones and the box have light indicators that, by changing the glow mode, tell you whether the gadget is connected and whether the accessory is charged. The charging box also supports wireless charging.

Shipping Details

Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery, as a signature is required for most items.
We ship out orders from our Alexandria, NSW warehouse within 2 days of your order, and most items are delivered within 2 - 4 business days for East Cost of Australia and 2-10 business days for rest of the region.
We are open and order will be dispatched through the holidays expect public holidays.

Warranty Policy

All new products sold by Personal Digital come with Australian Manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturer faults, excluding any misuse of the product (Physical or liquid damage etc). Usually this period is 12 - 24 months depending on the item. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims. We can do this claim for you too, however may take a little longer.

Returns Policy

1 . If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery, less any restocking fee, if any.

2. If you cancel after we have dispatched the Goods(with 14 days of Receiving the item) , we will refund the price of the goods ONLY, less any restocking fee, if any. The goods must be returned in the SAME condition you received them in.

Even if you opened an item to check IF IT FITS your phone/ device, it is considered NOT in the same condition you received it in.

3. The option to cancel your order is not available if the Goods are:

Ordered or altered to your specification
Opened unwrapped or otherwise sealed electronic media such as software or DVD
