House & Garden pH Stabiliser has been developed in order to balance the pH throughout the entire growth cycle of the plant. Working alongside our base nutrient, it will keep the pH balanced for up to 10 days. House & Garden pH Stabiliser will harmonise with the base nutrient and enable good absorption of the main and trace nutrients by the plants.
PH Stabiliser is designed for farmers using soft water such as tank water, rain water and certain city water. If your water is soft (<0.2EC), we strongly recommend using pH Stabiliser with any existing nutrient regime.
Reverse Osmosis systems are particularly vulnerable to fluctuating pH. House & Garden pH Stabiliser was specifically designed for R/O water sources and ensures pH stability in your facility.

Use pH Stabiliser throughout the entire growth cycle.
Prepare your nutrient container by first adding your pH Stabiliser before adding any base nutrient (e.g Cocos, Hydro or Soil) to the water container. Add Stimulants and Additives, Adjust the pH and EC according to crop requirements.

In some cases, including small towns, the delivery will go to their nearest depot or a designated collection point in the closest town. Note: You must supply a street address for courier delivery. We will request your street address (and any additional shipping cost) if a PO Box is provided with the courier delivery option. Australia Post delivery: All Parcels are marked authority to leave unless of high value or requested signature on delivery Parcels may require signature on delivery if requested or if high value(or at pickup if delivery is missed). Deliveries to PO boxes require Australia Post shipping. Australia Post shipping is available for items up to 100cm long. We may request your approval to change the shipping method if the item does not meet Australia Post shipping requirements. Same day shipping: All stocked items purchased in the online store before 1pm EST on weekdays are sent on the same day. In rare cases, couriers do not make their set pickup time and dispatch may be delayed until the following day. Damage to products during shipping: In the case you have received your goods damaged you must take photos of the damaged item and damaged box/wrapper and contact us immediately; Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
All bottles are sold brand new from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated and all smaller bottles are taped up before leaving the store to reduce the chance of leaking while in transit.
Please check your order for damage that may have occurred in shipping. In the event of a genuine claim of damaged goods, please contact us with details and photos as evidence including the packaging and any signs of leakage, damage or tampering. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving so we can raise claim with carriers.

1 Year by Australian consumer guarantee unless specified manufacturer warranty is longer.
Defective returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:
If an item fails within the first 14 days of receipt, please email/call us. We will determine if the item needs to be returned, if so we will organise freight back or reimburse customer for return postage Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacing. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received damaged, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty.

Exchanging an item for a different item:
If you wish to exchange an item for another item, it must be returned to us in new, unused condition within 14 days or receipt. Once we receive the item, the exchange item will be shipped out to you. Any additional fees and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
New product returns:
New product returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt and at our discrection.
The following items can not be returned as a change of mind purchase.
To return an item as new, please call or email us. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected we will issue you a refund, minus shipping fees and minus a 15% restocking fee.
