Warranty Policy
SpeeCommerce is committed to delivering products of exceptional quality and reliability. All products sold by SpeeCommerce come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. For commercial use, the warranty period is limited to 3 months.
Please contact our Customer Service immediately if your product arrives damaged or defective. We will require clear photographic evidence (1-5 photos) to process your warranty claim efficiently.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days if you experience any issues or simply change your mind, subject to the following terms:
Change of Mind:
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Returns due to change of mind will incur a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable freight charges, deducted from your refund or store credit.
Customers must bear the cost of return shipping.
Return Process:
All returns must be approved by our Customer Service team in advance. Please do not send products back without prior confirmation, as unauthorised returns may be declined.
Exceptions:
Products used commercially carry a shorter warranty of 3 months.
