If you're not available at the time of delivery and no authority to leave is given, the first re-delivery is free. Further attempts may incur a fee.
Should an item be returned to us due to an invalid address or failure to collect from a courier hub, a $15 delivery and return-to-sender fee will be charged.

Orders with a total value (including postage) of less than $15 may be shipped via an economical untracked service.
If you require tracking for orders under $15, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to request a shipping upgrade.

Change of Mind Returns:

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval, and return the item within 10 business days after receiving an approval. Once returns received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

The product must be returned in the original packaging, tags and accessories included.
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.
