Increased Wear on the Vacuum Motor: When the brush roll is worn, the vacuum motor may have to work harder to maintain suction, potentially reducing the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.
Potential for Scratching Floors: If the bristles on the brush roll are damaged or worn down, they may not provide the necessary buffer between the vacuum and your hard floors, potentially causing scratches or damage.

WARRANTY RETURNS

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.
We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
