For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy
We have strict quality control but sometimes goods arrive to you that are not working as intended. We back everything we sell with a minimum one-year warranty (from sale date) that covers:
defects in manufacturing, and
not being fit for purpose.

It’s a nice looking bed but it constantly squeaks; construction wise is so poor. Do not bother to get this bed because if you are looking for a firm frame.

Took ages to put together as the directions were not very good. Also the bed is not very sturdy. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for.
