The Xencelabs Pen Tablet Medium Bundle SE is designed with a curved seamless palm rest of only 5 mm thinness on the front edge, delivering a comfortable and natural drawing experience. The active area on the Pen Tablet Medium Bundle SE has an ultra-fine frosted texture surface that is wear-resistant and non-slip. This matte texture delivers a natural drawing experience. The Xencelabs Pen Tablet Medium Bundle SE has natural grooves on both sides of the aluminium alloy back to increase portability and comfort while holding your Pen Tablet.
Two different sized pens come standard with each Xencelab tablet, which include programmable eraser inputs and support 8192 levels of pen pressure and 60 degrees tilt function. The 3 g initial activation force with the lightest stroke gives you a more adaptive control of your drawings.
Xencelabs’ 3 Button Pen supports seamless switch from 2D drawing to 3D applications without changing drawing pens. It has an improved button layout that helps artists identify which programmable button is activated. The thin Pen + eraser is 5.23 mm in diameter and weighs only 5 grams. The rubber grip facilitates a traditional pencil feel and weight.
The drawing area has an aspect ratio of 16:9 matching standard displays. This eliminates distortion while enhancing a natural drawing experience. This is the first industry application of an OLED display on a shortcut key remote. With the OLED display, the functions are clear at a glance.
Xencelabs’ downloadable driver allows you to customise 40 shortcut keys per application and is accessible right from the Pen Tablet, allowing artists to customise their preferences. Xencelabs’ driver is compatible with Linux, Windows, Mac OS and all major Software applications.
The Pen Tablet Medium Bundle SE features a large built-in 3000mAh battery and comes with a dedicated wireless dongle to ensure less interference and less lag. The tablet can last for up to 16 hours of wireless use when fully charged.

WARRANTY POLICY

RETURNS POLICY
If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us. We will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.
Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to third parties for assessment and/or repair. Where applicable we provide a remedy in relation to your goods.
If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. Change of Mind Returns

Address Changes
If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS (return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.
Defective Goods
All goods sold by KG Superstore come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
